Carlos Arroyo, a social studies teacher and boys varsity soccer coach at Randallstown High School, was convicted at trial in June 2025 of sexual abuse of a minor and second-degree assault involving a 16-year-old student. On Sept. 24, 2025, he was sentenced to 40 years with 20 suspended, plus five years of probation and lifetime sex offender registration.
