Jeffrey Knight, 64, a former Cohasset Middle School teacher, pleaded guilty and was sentenced October 27, 2025 in Norfolk Superior Court to two and a half years in prison for sexually assaulting two students from his 7th- and 8th-grade classes. He had previously been convicted of assaulting a third Cohasset student and was sentenced in that case in 2021. He also received five years of probation, including no contact with children under 16 except his grandchildren.
