Lawrence Fourkiller, 48, a former second-grade teacher at Stilwell Elementary School in Adair County, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison for aggravated sexual abuse of a child in Indian Country. Per the U.S. Attorney's Office, Fourkiller admitted that between August 2020 and May 2021 he caused a seven-year-old student to engage in a sexual act, and an FBI tip-line subsequently identified twelve additional victims.
