Primo "Howie" Leung, a former special education teacher at Rundlett Middle School who later taught at Concord High School in Concord, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty in Middlesex County Superior Court in Massachusetts to aggravated rape of a child and aggravated indecent assault and battery charges involving a former Rundlett student. On July 19, 2023, he was sentenced to 6 to 7 years in prison followed by three years of probation.
