Jessica Langford, a Miamisburg Middle School teacher, was found guilty by a jury in April 2018 of three counts of sexual battery and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor involving a 14-year-old student at the school. On May 29, 2018 she was sentenced to one year in prison and five years of probation, with Tier III sex offender registration. She later dropped her appeal.
